The Information Access Centre (IAC) serves as a premier hub for training and empowering youth and communities with essential digital skills. Our core mission is to bridge the digital divide by providing entry-level and advanced courses in digital literacy, entrepreneurship skills, introductory training in AI tools, and content creation using state-of-the-art workstations with advanced processing capacity.

Modern digital space with access to e-books, journals, multimedia resources, and assistive access tools for the physically challenged including braille tools and adaptive technologies.
Specialised training on braille notetakers, FM hearing assistive systems, portable magnifiers, and multi-device adaptive keyboards for users with disabilities.
Joint training initiatives and exchange programs with Korean institutions fostering innovation and knowledge transfer.
Zimbabwe and Korea are working together to support this initiative. On the Zimbabwean side, the partnership is led by Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU) together with the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education, Innovation, Science and Technology Development. On the Korean side, the partnership is supported by the Government of Korea through the National Information Agency (NIA).
This collaboration means that both governments are combining their expertise, resources, and support to strengthen ICT capacity, promote skills development, and create opportunities that benefit ZOU and the country at large.
